Two-person reseller · kitchenware
Listing three times faster, without copying a supplier’s page.
A two-person team buying kitchenware wholesale went from about 25 minutes per listing to about 9, and stopped publishing listings eBay would later pull.

Where they started
Every new product meant retyping a title, hunting for the right category, filling item specifics one by one and guessing a price. Twenty-five minutes a listing, on a good day.
To save time they had started pasting the supplier’s wording and photos. Two listings were removed in a month: one for a health claim in the description, one for a photo with the supplier’s watermark.
What they did
- 1
Pasted supplier links in batches
Up to 20 Amazon or AliExpress links at a time. Each became an eBay draft with a category, item specifics and a rewritten title and description, priced at their markup and rounded to .99.
- 2
Listed their own stock from photos
For products they had in hand, a few photos were enough. SellerDesk matched eBay’s catalogue where it could and suggested a price from similar listings for sale now.
- 3
Let the takedown check do the reading
Before publishing, every draft was checked for brand names, health claims, supplier wording and watermarked photos. Blocking risks held the draft until it was fixed.
- 4
Confirmed their stock where it mattered
For products sourced from Amazon, they confirmed they hold the stock or buy it wholesale. The decision went into the activity log.
- 5
Published in bulk, then improved from reviews
Reviewed drafts went live together. Their best sellers then got a better title, highlights and an FAQ written from what buyers say about the product.
Speed came from not starting at a blank form. Safety came from a check that reads every word and photo before eBay does.
