For eBay sellers and the agencies behind them

Know which eBay listings make money. Fix the ones that don’t.

SellerDesk puts your orders, fees, ads, returns and listings on one desk, then tells you each week what to change first.

Nothing changes on eBay until you approve it.

Your eBay numbers live in five places. None of them shows profit.

Seller Hub shows sales. Payouts show deposits. The ads report shows fees. Returns sit in their own queue, and your costs sit in a spreadsheet.

So the question that matters, did this listing make money?, takes an evening to answer. Most weeks it doesn’t get answered at all.

Profit

A weekly plan for where profit leaked. With the fix first.

Every week SellerDesk goes through the last 30 days of your eBay transactions and lists the money moves in order. Each one comes with an Apply button.

  • Cut ad fees you didn’t needWhen nearly every sale pays a Promoted Listings fee, it suggests a lower rate, never below eBay’s 2% minimum.
  • Reprice the loss-makersListings that lose money get a new price, worked out for a 10% margin after fees, ads, labels and returns.
  • Catch the quiet leaksHeavy returns, supplier price rises and products sold with no cost entered.
  • P&L, cash flow and payoutsIn one place, with the dashboard in pounds, dollars or euros at the European Central Bank’s daily rate.

Every figure is arithmetic on your own eBay ledger. Nothing is guessed.

Listings

List faster. Without the takedown risk.

Turn a supplier link or a few photos into a finished eBay draft, checked against eBay’s rules before it goes live.

  • Import from Amazon and AliExpressPaste up to 20 product links. Each becomes an eBay draft priced at your markup, waiting for your review.
  • Draft from your own photosCategory, item specifics and catalogue match filled in, with a price taken from at least three similar listings.
  • Check before you publishBrand names, health claims, supplier photos and dropshipping rules are flagged before a listing goes live.
  • Improve from buyer reviewsTurn what buyers love and complain about into a better title, highlights and FAQ.

Imports and drafts stop at review. Nothing is published until you say so.

Orders, returns & cases

Keep your seller standards safe. Without living in Seller Hub.

New orders, buyer messages, returns and cases in one place, with every deadline counted the way eBay counts it.

  • One order inboxOrders to dispatch, buyer messages and returns in one place, soonest deadline first.
  • Deadlines in business daysCounted as eBay sets them. Anything past due always shows as overdue.
  • A suggested answer for every caseThe claim, the listing as it read at the sale, tracking and messages, gathered into one recommendation.

You stay in charge

SellerDesk suggests. You decide.

It does the reading, the arithmetic and the first draft. It doesn’t publish, reprice or reply on your behalf unless you’ve told it to, and it always stays inside the limits you set.

  • You approve every change

Drafts, new prices and case answers wait for you. Automatic actions only run where you’ve switched them on.

  • Your limits always win

The repricer never goes past your minimum or maximum, and never moves further in one step than you allow.

  • eBay’s own sign-in

You connect through eBay and approve access there. SellerDesk never sees your eBay password.

  • Revisions left for you

The repricer uses at most 150 revisions a day on a listing, well inside eBay’s limit, so there’s room for your own edits.

  • Buyer details protected

Buyer names, street addresses, emails and phone numbers are encrypted where we store them, and never sent off to draft a suggestion.

  • Key actions on record

Who connected a store, who published a risky listing, who switched on the repricer: it’s in the activity log.

For agencies

Run every client’s store from one login. Without sharing passwords.

One organisation for your agency, as many eBay accounts as you manage, and access that matches each person’s job.

  • Every client, one organisationConnect each client’s eBay account under its own nickname, and see every store’s sales and messages on one page.
  • Roles that mean somethingThe person answering buyers doesn’t need your margins. Five built-in roles, adjustable person by person.
  • Access store by storeKeep each team member to the clients they actually work on.
  • A full activity logWho connected a store, published a listing or switched on the repricer, and when. Ready for when a client asks.

Frequently asked questions

Which marketplaces does SellerDesk work with?

eBay, fully: listings, orders, returns and cases, payouts, Promoted Listings, repricing and profit. Amazon is in progress: connecting seller accounts and A+ content come first, then orders and listing health. TikTok Shop and Shopify are planned.

Do I have to give you my eBay password?

No. You connect through eBay’s own sign-in page and approve access there. SellerDesk never sees your password, and you can disconnect a store whenever you like.

Will SellerDesk change my listings or prices without asking?

No. Drafts, suggested prices and case answers all wait for your approval. The repricer only runs on the listings you switch it on for, and only between the minimum and maximum you set.

Where do the profit numbers come from?

From your own eBay transactions: the sale, eBay’s fees, ad fees, postage labels and refunds. Add what each product cost you, one at a time or from a spreadsheet, and SellerDesk does the arithmetic.

Can I run more than one eBay account?

Yes. Connect several eBay accounts to one organisation, each with its own nickname, and see them side by side on the Stores page. Agencies can invite their team and choose which stores, and which actions, each person gets.

Is my buyers’ information safe?

Buyer names, street addresses, emails and phone numbers are encrypted where we store them and are never sent off to draft a suggestion. Your eBay connection is encrypted too, and key actions, like connecting a store or publishing a listing, are recorded in the activity log.
