Pay for ads that sell. Not for sales you’d get anyway.
Run Promoted Listings and promotions from SellerDesk, see the search terms buyers actually use, and get suggestions to raise, lower or pause bids from your own numbers.

Ad fees are the easiest profit leak to miss.
A Promoted Listings fee can land on a sale that would have happened anyway. The fees arrive one sale at a time, while the dashboard shows healthy revenue.
How it works
From campaign to search term
Set up, measure, and adjust, without leaving the desk.
- 1
Check what you can run
SellerDesk asks eBay which ad types your account is eligible for, so you only see what you can actually use.
- 2
Create a campaign
Cost-per-sale with an ad rate from 2% to 100%, or cost-per-click with a daily budget. Add listings to cost-per-sale campaigns straight from SellerDesk.
- 3
Watch what it earns
Ad fees, attributed sales, ACOS, ROAS, clicks and click-through for every campaign.
- 4
See the search terms
For cost-per-click campaigns, the terms buyers searched, week by week across 12 weeks, as a heatmap from best week to worst.
- 5
Act on suggestions
Promote a listing, raise or lower a bid, pause or resume a campaign, start or end a discount. Each waits in Alerts for you, and the ones that could raise your ad spend say so.
How the suggestions are made
Rules you can read, run against your own campaign numbers.
- 01
A target cost of sale
Bids are steered towards ad fees of around 15% of the sales they bring in.
- 02
Enough data first
No bid change until a listing has had at least 50 clicks.
- 03
Small steps
Bids move 2 points at a time, between 2% and 100%, and an ad rate is never more than 66% of your margin.
- 04
Discounts for stale stock
Suggested for slow sellers with 5 or more in stock, never giving away more than half your margin.

Frequently asked questions
Will SellerDesk change my bids by itself?
No. Bid and campaign suggestions wait in Alerts until you apply them.
Why can’t I see any search terms?
eBay only reports search terms for cost-per-click campaigns. Without one, you’ll see each listing’s impressions, views and orders instead.
Can I manage Amazon ads?
Not yet. Amazon is in progress, starting with seller accounts and A+ Content.
