Prices that follow the market. Limits that never move.
Every hour the repricer finds other sellers of the same product and moves your price by the rule you chose. Your minimum and maximum always win.

eBay has no Buy Box. You’re up against everyone selling the same thing.
Prices move every day. Checking competitors by hand is the chore that gets skipped, and a careless repricer can race you to the bottom or burn through eBay’s daily revision limit.
How it works
How a new price gets set
The same steps, in the same order, for every listing, every hour. The order is the safety story.
- 1
Find the same product
Competitors are found by eBay’s catalogue product, then barcode. A keyword match only counts once it’s confirmed to be the same product, re-checked daily. Your own listings and sellers below your feedback minimum are left out.
- 2
Apply your rule
Beat the lowest price by an amount or a percent, match it, or sit in the middle of the market. With no competition, hold your price or move to your maximum.
- 3
Limit the step
One check can only move the price so far: between 5% and 15% in the starter profiles, and it’s your setting.
- 4
Stay near where you started
The price stays within 50% either way of where it was when you switched the repricer on.
- 5
Your minimum and maximum win
Whatever the rule says, the price never goes below your minimum or above your maximum.
- 6
Send it, and log it
A price-only revision goes to eBay. If eBay refuses, your price is put back. Every change is logged with the old and new price, the lowest competitor and the reason.
Four starter profiles, ready on day one
Every store gets these. Change them, or make your own.

- 04
Middle of the market
Sit mid-market. With no competition, hold. At most 5% per check.

Built-in limits
SellerDesk suggests. You decide.
- It can’t be switched on without a minimum and maximum.
- Turning it on needs publish rights, and is recorded in the activity log.
- Keyword matches are never trusted without confirmation.
Good to know
- It reprices live listings created in SellerDesk. Listings made in Seller Hub are shown, but can’t be repriced yet.
Frequently asked questions
Will it race my price to the bottom?
Not below your minimum, and never further in one hour than your step limit allows.
How often does it run?
Every hour. You can also press “Reprice now” on any listing.
What happens when nobody else sells it?
Your profile decides: hold the current price, or move up to your maximum.
Which listings can it reprice?
Live listings created through SellerDesk. Listings created in Seller Hub show in the list but can’t be repriced yet.
Set your limits once. Let the market do the rest.
Connect your eBay store, give your listings a minimum and maximum, and switch the repricer on.
Nothing changes on eBay until you approve it.
